中央健保署即起陸續寄發去年股利所得補充保險費繳款通知，約有5.7萬名股民將收
到繳款單，其中繳費金額最高者為一名男性民營企業受雇者需補繳95萬元，以補充
保費費率1.91％推算，去年股票收入上看5000萬元。
健保署承保組視察謝玉蓮表示，補充保費原則上採就源扣繳，但股利可能因發放當
時無現金可扣，或可扣抵稅額變動，故另外寄發繳款單；另去年起補充保費單筆扣
繳門檻從5000元調整至2萬元，造成補充保費收入銳減，開單人數從前年的189萬人
減至5.7萬人，金額也從15.1億元減至1.4億元。
而本次開出補充保費繳款金額最高者，為一名男性民營企業的受雇者，需補繳95萬
元的補充保費，以費率1.91％來推算，就有約4973萬元的股利收入，還不包含可能
已就源扣繳的部分。
謝玉蓮說，本次將依據各申報資料且補繳金額累計超過300元者，將於本月中旬前全
數寄發繳款單，繳費期限至下月30日止，有寬限期15天，若逾期繳納每超過1天會增
加0.1％、最高5％的滯納金，籲請民眾收到繳費通知後儘速繳納。
